Shipping, Order-By Dates & Returns
Every Gate Swap shirt is printed to order in the US, so the two numbers that matter are production time and transit time. Add them together, then add a few days of buffer before you fly.
Production and transit
Shirts are printed and handed to the carrier in 2 to 5 business days. After that, US orders typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days and Canada in 7 to 14. You will get a tracking email the moment the box leaves the printer.
Shipping rates
We ship to the United States and Canada.
United States: $4.99 flat per order, free on orders over $50.
Canada: $12.99 flat per order. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Group Packs ship together in one box so everyone opens at the same time.
Order-by dates
Order at least 10 days before departure for US addresses and 3 weeks for Canada. If the organizer is running a name draw, run it two weeks before the trip so everyone has time to shop. Before major travel holidays we post hard order-by dates on the homepage; those dates are the last day we can promise arrival before the holiday rush.
Returns and replacements
Every shirt is printed when you order it, so we handle problems with reprints, not returns. You never have to mail anything back.
Misprinted, damaged or wrong shirt. Email your order number and a photo to hello@gateswaptees.com within 30 days of delivery. We reprint it free, or refund it if you prefer. Keep the bad one.
Wrong size. Because shirts are printed to order, we cannot exchange them for size. The size chart is on every product page; see the sizing tips below before you order for someone else.
Lost in the mail. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, email us and we reprint or refund.
Changed your mind. We cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a design someone did not find funny. You can cancel or change an order within 2 hours of placing it, before it goes to print.
Wrong address. If the address on the order was entered incorrectly and the package comes back to us, we reship for the cost of shipping. If it is delivered to an incorrect address you entered, we cannot replace it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Sizing help before you order
Our shirts are unisex and true to size; the size chart is on every product page. When you are buying for someone else, order one size up. A shirt that is slightly big is funnier than one that does not go over their shoulders.
